Do you offer spa treatments

Yes, I have a range of treatments from teeth cleaning to a de-shed mud treatments.

Can I decide on the day if my dog needs and bath and tidy or a full groom?

Unfortunately not. When you book an appointment we reserve a set period of time depending on what you have asked for. If a full groom slot is booked then you will be charged for a full groom.

Can I cancel my appointment?

We understand that things change, we are happy to move the appointment up to 48 hours before the day you are booked in. 

As a business we block out the space that you have reserved. If you cancel within 48 hours the appointment will still need to be paid for no matter the reason for the cancellation, as it is difficult for us to refill the slot at short notice. Should you fail to attend your appointment a future appointment can not be made until payment for the missed slot has been paid.

Do you groom cats

Yes, we are adding cat grooming to our list of services. Watch this space for the days and times this service will be offered

How often should I get my dog groomed?

This is something we can discuss as it will depend on the breed, the style the dog is kept in, your budget and how great you are at grooming at home inbetween professional grooming visits.

My dog has sensitive skin, what products do you use?

If you know your dog has sensitive skin, please let us know as we will use an unscented hypoallergenic shampoo and will not use a perfume spritz to minimise the change of an allergic reaction.

Will my dog be given treats

For dogs that like treats we will use them as positive reinforcment. If you would prefer to provide your own please bring them along in a labelled bag
